The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) provides comprehensive financial data in a format that enables taxpayers to gain a true understanding of Cuyahoga County Public Library's (CCPL) financial status.
CCPL has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association for 13 consecutive years.
