Homebound delivery service
Library2You is our free delivery service for Cuyahoga County residents who are unable to visit our branches. County residents who have a Cuyahoga County Public Library card and meet the eligibility requirements may apply for Library2You service.
Complete our Library2You application form or contact our Adult Services Department at 216.749.9307 to request an application. You will be notified by a library staff member when your application is accepted. Once your application is accepted you may order materials online and have them delivered to your home at no charge.

Who is eligible for Library2You?
To be eligible for Library2You service you be a Cuyahoga County resident, own a Cuyahoga County Public Library card, and meet one of the following criteria:
- Any adult aged 60 or older
- Any resident who is at an increased risk of severe COVID-19 symptoms due to underlying health conditions
- Any resident who is physically, visually and/or mentally impaired
- Any resident who is permanently or temporarily homebound
When will my Library2You service start?
Your Library2You service can begin immediately after your application is approved.
How do I borrow books and other materials through Library2You?
To request materials for delivery you may contact your local branch for assistance, or use the "Library2You" delivery option in our online catalog.
How many library items may I borrow?
The maximum number of items you may have checked out is 100, per our borrowing guidelines.
How will I receive and return my books and other materials?
We will send your requested items to you in a reusable mail pouch through the U.S. Postal Service.
Items borrowed through Library2You must be returned at the end of the loan period. To return items, reverse the address card in the reusable mail pouch so that Cuyahoga County Public Library's address and the return postage are showing. Deposit the mail pouch visibly in or near your mailbox for pick up by the U.S. Postal Service letter carrier.

What restrictions apply to this service?
Toys and bookable kits, and items on loan from other library systems through OhioLINK and SearchOhio, are not eligible for delivery through Library2You.
