The Selfie Taken
By Amanda Terman

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

and I—

I took a selfie

because I needed some

on-brand content

for my social channels,

and I thought the yellow light

would be like

God’s autumnal Insta filter,

but I could add

#nofilter

#hiking

to extend my influence.

Seriously, I’m telling you,

a few more likes

would legit make the difference.
