Affordable Connectivity Program wind down FAQs

  • The Affordable Connectivity Program has stopped accepting new applications and enrollments.

Households will no longer receive the benefit once ACP funds run out, projected to be in April 2024.

  • During the wind-down period, ACP households will receive notices from their internet company about how their bill and service will be impacted.

  • If you qualified for the ACP but did not sign up prior to February 7, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET, you will no longer be able to enroll in the program.
