Terry Provost
Father, son, husband, poet, physicist, philosopher, and mathematician, born in Troy, educated in New York, Bavaria, Colorado, Chamonix and Sydney, Rio and Dharamsala, Terry Provost -- apostle and disciple of Chomsky, of Szymborska, of Ragain and Zinn, Aristotle and Wittgenstein, idolater and blasphemer, pragmatist and dreamer – resides, for the moment, in Lakewood, Ohio, in the inner-ring suburbs of the Milky Way, where he has organized and nurtured the monthly poetry series, Bowled Over by Poetry at Mahall’s 20 Lanes for the last three years. He is the author of two collections of poetry: An Uncountable Infinity of Orgasms and Compassionate Imperialism.
