September is Library Card Sign-up Month, a time when the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries nationwide join together to remind parents, caregivers and students that signing up for a library card is the first step toward academic achievement and lifelong learning.

This September, we encourage all students in grades K – 12 to take advantage of one-time fine forgiveness at any Cuyahoga County Public Library branch. It's the smartest card you'll ever own. Just ask Wonder Woman.

In-Line-Web-Graphic-Kids-Cafe.pngKids Café — Free afterschool meals for students

We know it's hard to focus on learning when your stomach is empty. That's why we collaborate with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank to provide children with free grab-and-go meals during the school year in communities where the need is great at select branch locations. Grab-and-go meals are available while supplies last at nine Cuyahoga County Public Library branches.
