The Shoutbomb service processes all requests within 60 seconds of receiving your message, but some cell phone providers do not deliver this first message promptly. If you still haven’t received a reply after 4 hours, text the keyword RESEND to1-216-600-0080. You can only use the RESEND command three times per day. This limitation is in place to protect from spam messages.
Texts will be sent only when activity on your account triggers a message.

RA - Request to renew all eligible items.
RESEND - Resend the last message from Shoutbomb.
RENEW – Toggle notification on or off for 1 day due date warnings (automatically turned on when you register).
RL - See a list of items you can renew.
SIGNUP - Register for text messaging service.
SWITCHPHONE - Switch carriers or phone numbers.
TEST- Test your connection to Shoutbomb service.

Will OverDrive Users still receive text message notices?
No. Text messaging will no longer be supported for placing holds in OverDrive. Customers who receive text message notifications for OverDrive holds and currently have holds placed using the
"@librarytext.org" address should edit their holds settings to remove that address and replace it with a valid personal email address. This will avoid interruption in hold notification services for eBooks and audiobooks. Instructions for editing your holds settings can be found in this
OverDrive Help article.
