Our Toy Collection is organized in age-appropriate categories to help you find the right toy for your child. Choose from more than 700 different educational toys, including baby & toddler toys, building blocks, puppets, science & nature activities, and much more. We also have toys adapted to assist children with special needs.

Every toy in Cuyahoga County Public Library’s Toy Collection is carefully prepared for borrowing. Each toy is examined, cleaned and disinfected after every loan. For more information,

STORY SETS & MORE
Our Library offers a variety of materials designed to enhance your child’s literacy experience from birth through age eight.
Our Story Sets pair books with creative props to help build early literacy skills. Story Sets feature different themes and include:

Toys and/or puppets

Activity sheets featuring rhymes, songs and other fun activities
We also offer more than 250 different types of puppets and puppet show accessories based on classic folk tales.
Story Sets and puppets must be requested by visiting or calling your local branch. We can book materials up to one year in advance (great for teachers and day care providers!).
Story Sets and puppets have a one week loan period and are not renewable. Late items are subject to a $1/day fine.
