About the Parma-Snow Branch Auditorium

Cuyahoga County Public Library’s Parma-Snow Branch features a flexible, state-of-the-art auditorium that provides the perfect venue for theatrical groups, recitals, concerts, meetings, speaker presentations, wedding receptions, and other group events.    
 
The Parma-Snow Branch auditorium is available for public and private bookings, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional fees apply to reserve the auditorium after regular library hours of operation:
  • Monday – Thursday / 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Friday & Saturday / 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Sunday / 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Auditorium Features

  • Total capacity: 400 seats
  • Retractable theatre style seating for up to 268 people
  • Wheelchair seating
  • Tables and chairs available for set up – additional fee will apply
  • Audio/video/lighting set-up and assistance – additional fee will apply
  • Retractable stage set-up – additional fee will apply
  • Preferred caterer listing – available upon request

Booking Policy

Please be aware that we reserve the Parma-Snow Auditorium on a first-come, first served basis.
Your reservation is not secured until you have completed the application process and a Library employee confirms your booking.  

Hourly Room Charge Fees:

  • $100 per hour during library open hours
  • $200 per hour during library closed hours
  • $ 50 per hour*, per room for additional meeting rooms or spaces at Parma-Snow or Administration Building

*Hourly room charge fees waived for verified non-profit groups using space during library open hours.

Additional Fees:

  • $400 stage setup fee
  • $100 lighting manipulation fee
  • $ 50 per hour for audio/video setup and assistance
  • $ 50 room setup fee
  • $ 75 cleaning fee if food/beverages served

Reservations are required 30-days in advance of the event date.  All paperwork and payment should be received by this time.  If you are booking within 30-days of your event, immediate non-refundable payment is required after the event has been approved.  Contact Media Services at 216-749-9320 for further information.
