In the book, Levitin uses the latest brain science to help readers navigate the churning flood of information in the 21st century and regain control over how they organize their homes, workplaces, and time.
His other titles include This Is Your Brain on Music: The Science of a Human Obsession, The World in Six Songs: How the Musical Brain Created Human Nature, and A Field Guide to Lies: Critical Thinking in the Information Age, recently republished as Weaponized Lies: How to Think Critically in the Post-Truth Era.
