This month we're tapping into the power of being in the present moment with the book 10% Happier by Dan Harris. Mindfulness serves as a foundation of happiness. Mindfulness can open our brains to new ideas and experiences and allow us to be aware of and draw on resources in our lives we would otherwise be able to access. Join us as we dive into an experience of exploring what mindfulness really is and how to start your own practice.
