Our Mission

As Cuyahoga County Public Library celebrates 90 years of service to the community in 2013, we remain committed to our mission of being at the center of community life by creating an environment where reading, lifelong learning and civic engagement thrive.

The Facilities Master Plan is the most significant building improvement program in Cuyahoga County Public Library’s 90-year history. The Plan consists of priority construction, relocation and renovation projects and seeks to reduce the Library’s long-term operating costs. The implementation of the Facilities Master Plan will not require CCPL to ask taxpayers for additional funds.
